She leads innovative projects for a diverse range of prestigious brands and retailers, driving their development pipelines to success. Ife holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and also a Master of Science in Food Business Management and Technology. She is also a member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists an affiliation to the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC). With extensive experience in R&D and Regulatory Affairs across the FMCG, food, cosmetics, and chemical industries, Ife has collaborated with both leading global companies and SMEs.
